Lt. Gov. Michael Steele in Maryland

Here in the People's Republic of Maryland (RPMd), Lt. Gov. Michael Steele is running for Senator.

A new DNC poll finds that blacks may not be as reliable as in the past.

a sizable segment of likely black voters -- as much as 44 percent -- would readily abandon their historic Democratic allegiances "after hearing Steele's messaging."

In typical leftist fashion, notice the terminology the WaPo uses: "abandon ... Democratic allegiances." As if the so-called allegiance was nothing other than a historical artifact.

There are other aspects of the survey, though, that Bositis says are consistent with national findings. Among them: that young black men represent a voting bloc far less loyal to Democrats. It also finds more support for Steele in Baltimore than in Prince George's County, more backing among churchgoers, and stronger support among those without a college degree.

Notice here that the elitist left-leaning WaPo can't help but identify those increasing support as "churchgoers" and "without a college degree." These are the traditional enemies of the socialists, since morality and a lack of brainwashing (at an institute of "higher" learning) will resist the insane musings of the left.

I hope you will join me in contributing to Michael Steele's campaign, even if you are not a PRMd resident. We need someone of the moral conviction to help rescue the PRMd from the leftist clutches.
