Constitution Day

This Sunday, 17 September, is Constitution Day.

Congress passed Public Law 180-447, requiring all Federal agencies to provide educational and training materials on the United States Constitution to Federal employees each year. To assist in this effort, both the Office of Personnel Management and Department of Defense have established websites to provide information on the Constitution.

The action didn't seem to bother anyone, witnesses said, but a flight attendant approached the man and told him his praying was making other passengers nervous.
