Liberalism is Racism - Joe Biden - Strike two!

Joe Biden (Democrat of Delaware) recently stated in an interview with The Washington Post:
There's less than 1 percent of the population of Iowa that is African American. There is probably less than 4 or 5 percent that are minorities. What is in Washington? So look, it goes back to what you start off with, what you're dealing with.
in response to a question why some schools do better than others.

The Biden campaign then attempted to backpeddle from this overtly racist comment by saying he didn't mean African American, he meant Socially Disadvantaged.

No amount of backpeddling is enough to automatically disqualify a candidate. If Biden had been a Republican, there would already be calls for him to resign from Congress. But, like since most Liberals can say anything racist, sexist, or even homophobic and suffer no consequences, it is likely that Biden's revision of his statements will be accepted by the main-stream media.

See Biden's previous Racist remarks.

Liberalism is Racism -- The "Biden" Test

Senator Joe Biden proves, once again, that a liberal can say or do anything, and they are not ostracized.
“I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,”
So, now there is a new test for running for president... The Biden Test: If you are black, you must be
  1. Articulate
  2. Bright
  3. Clean
  4. Nice-looking
  5. Male
before Joe Biden will give you the okay.

Oh, and the others who have run for President (Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton) need not apply.

Liberalism is Racism - Joe Biden

{See parts I, II, III, and IV}

Joe Biden (Democrat from Delaware) states:
You CANNOT go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent ... I'm not joking.

Besides the racial and ethnic insensitivity, imagine if a Republican were to say this. They would be forced to apologize profusely and would most likely be forced to give up any good committee positions.
